Each cask is hand-selected using only first-fill, American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at batch strength 50% ABV with a non-chill-filtration process to maximize the sophisticated flavor profile.

Grant elongated the necks of his copper pot stills and was one of the first to introduce water-cooling purifiers in both distillations. The result?
